Niste jedini.<br><br>Godinama se stres na radnom mjestu tretirao kao li\u010dna stvar. Ne\u0161to \u0161to se od zaposlenika o\u010dekivalo da sami \"rije\u0161e\", uz bolje upravljanje vremenom, otpornost ili kratku pauzu kada stvari postanu preoptere\u0107ene.<br><br>Ta naracija vi\u0161e ne vrijedi.<br>Ovaj \u010dlanak \u0107e se baviti uzrocima stresa na radnom mjestu kao organizacijskim problemom i ponuditi prakti\u010dna rje\u0161enja koja \u0107e pomo\u0107i kompanijama da za\u0161tite svoje zaposlenike i sebe.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vi\u0161e faktora uzrokuje stres na poslu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U dana\u0161njem radnom okru\u017eenju, stres na radnom mjestu rijetko uzrokuje jedna zahtjevna sedmica ili jedan te\u017eak projekt. Mnogo \u010de\u0161\u0107e je rezultat sistemskog pritiska:&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>u\u017eurbanost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>optere\u0107enje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>limitirani kapaciteti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nejasne uloge, i&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kultura stalne dostupnosti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zato stres vi\u0161e nije individualni problem.<br><br>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilo.org\/topics-and-sectors\/safety-and-health-work\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Labour Organization<\/a> isti\u010de stres na radnom mjestu kao rastu\u0107u zabrinutost za zdravlje radnika i postojanje organizacije.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image uagb-block-6be525a6 wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-none\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" srcset=\"\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 150px\" src=\"https:\/\/zen2fit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/6956-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\u017dena je prekrila lice rukom zbog stresa na poslu  - Zen2FIt Korporativni Wellness\" class=\"uag-image-11491\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" title=\"6956\" role=\"img\" data-srcset=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Statistika stresa na radnom mjestu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Prema <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/u\/0\/d\/1megvu_pFLZO4_4mauTTeuEqRois4qNrRcs21nPc82dA\/edit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Statista<\/a>, stres i sagorijevanje postali su jedni od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e raspravljanih i mjerenih izazova radne snage \u0161irom svijeta, usko povezani s brzim rastom tr\u017ei\u0161ta korporativnog wellnessa.<br><br>Istovremeno<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news\/item\/28-09-2022-who-and-ilo-call-for-new-measures-to-tackle-mental-health-issues-at-work\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> World Health Organization (WHO)<\/a> zajedni\u010dki su pozvale poslodavce da uvedu sistemske mjere za rje\u0161avanje problema mentalnog zdravlja na radu, \u0161to je jasan signal da je problem daleko prevazi\u0161ao individualne strategije suo\u010davanja.<br>Poruka je jasna: dobrobit zaposlenika vi\u0161e nije \"laka tema\".<br><br><em>To je osnovna poslovna briga.<\/em><strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Posljedice stresa na poslu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U razli\u010ditim industrijama i regijama, timovi za ljudske resurse i ljude i kulturu izvje\u0161tavaju o sli\u010dnim obrascima: <a href=\"https:\/\/osha.europa.eu\/en\/themes\/psychosocial-risks-and-mental-health\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report similar patterns<\/a>:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>zaposlenici u stanju konstantne hitnosti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sni\u017een foksu i pozornost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pove\u0107ana tenzija me\u0111u timovima<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vi\u0161e bolovanja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gubitak radnika<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stres nije samo emocionalni odgovor.<br><br>To je signal da psiholo\u0161ki kapaciteti zaposlenih vi\u0161e ne odgovaraju zahtjevima sistema.<br>Kada ta neuskla\u0111enost postoji, organizacije pla\u0107aju cijenu kroz ni\u017eu produktivnost, ve\u0107u fluktuaciju i slabiju saradnju.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Za\u0161to ad-hoc inicijative za dobrobit \u010desto ne uspijevaju<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mnoge kompanije su ve\u0107 investirale u programe za dobrobit na radnom mjestu.\n\nPa ipak, rezultati su \u010desto ograni\u010deni. <em>Gdje je problem?<\/em> Problem nije namjera, ve\u0107 dizajn.\n\nU praksi, dobrobit se \u010desto svodi na inicijative jedne discipline koje:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dose\u017eu samo mali dio zaposlenih<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>privla\u010de uski profil interes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nemaju kontinuitet i dugoru\u010dnu strukturu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ostaju nepovezane sa svakodnevnim radnim realnostima.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primjeri su poznati: jednokratne radionice o stresu, povremene sesije joge, subvencije za fitnes ili samostalne aplikacije za mindfulness koje koristi manjina osoblja.\n\nSve ovo mo\u017ee biti vrijedno, ali samo po sebi nije dovoljno. Kada se programi <strong>korporativnog wellnessa<\/strong> tretiraju kao izolirane koristi, a ne kao integrirani sistemi, anga\u017eman ostaje nizak i utjecaj brzo blijedi.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/zen2fit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2150442216-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Workplace wellness stretch at desk - Zen2Fit Corporate Wellness\" class=\"wp-image-11492\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zen2fit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2150442216-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/zen2fit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2150442216-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/zen2fit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2150442216-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/zen2fit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2150442216-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/zen2fit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2150442216-200x133.jpg 200w, https:\/\/zen2fit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2150442216.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2024\/10\/why-workplace-well-being-programs-dont-achieve-better-outcomes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Harvard Business Review<\/a> adresirao je ovo direktno u svojoj analizi <em>Why Workplace Well-Being Programs Don\u2019t Achieve Better Outcomes<\/em>, zaklju\u010duju\u0107i da inicijative usmjerene isklju\u010divo na individualno pona\u0161anje, bez rje\u0161avanja sistemskih uvjeta rada, rijetko daju odr\u017eive rezultate.<br><br>Sli\u010dno tome, istra\u017eivanje sa <a href=\"https:\/\/mitsloan.mit.edu\/centers-initiatives\/institute-work-and-employment-research\/work-and-well-being-iwer-research-compendium\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MIT Sloan \/ IWER<\/a> pokazuje da se dobrobit zaposlenika najvi\u0161e pobolj\u0161ava kada organizacije kombiniraju:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>individualnu podr\u0161ku<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>razvoj soft vje\u0161tina (komunikacija, fokus, emocionalna regulacija)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>i promjene u dizajnu posla, optere\u0107enju i sudjelovanju zaposlenika.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u0160ta zapravo \u010dini korporativni wellness u\u010dinkovitim<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evidence from research and practice consistently points to the same factors.<br><br>Effective <strong>employee wellbeing programs<\/strong> are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dugoro\u010dni i kontinuirani, nezasnovani na kampanjama<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>multidisciplinarni, koji integriraju mentalno, emocionalno i fizi\u010dko zdravlje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dostupni razli\u010ditim profilima zaposlenika, a ne samo motiviranoj nekolicini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>uskla\u0111eni sa stvarnim organizacijskim izazovima, kao \u0161to su radno optere\u0107enje, jasno\u0107a uloga i komunikacija.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovdje se korporativno blagostanje mijenja od koristi do strate\u0161ke sposobnosti.\nHR timovi sve vi\u0161e prepoznaju da je izgradnja takvih sistema interno te\u0161ka bez dodatnih kapaciteta. Kao rezultat toga, mnoge organizacije se odlu\u010duju za saradnju sa <a href=\"https:\/\/zen2fit.com\/bs\/corporate-wellness-solution\/\">eksternim partnerima<\/a>koriste\u0107i struktuirani HR pristup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"9\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspektiva jugoisto\u010dne Evrope: za\u0161to je strukturirana podr\u0161ka va\u017ena<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U jugoisto\u010dnoj Evropi, HR timovi \u010desto rade sa ograni\u010denim resursima dok upravljaju slo\u017eenim organizacijskim realnostima. Fragmentirane inicijative za dobrobit su uobi\u010dajene, ali anga\u017eman ostaje nizak.<br><br>Organizacije koje se kre\u0107u ka strukturiranim, dugoro\u010dnim modelima korporativne dobrobiti, integriraju\u0107i edukaciju, individualnu podr\u0161ku i intervencije na nivou tima, izvje\u0161tavaju o ve\u0107em u\u010de\u0161\u0107u, ja\u010doj psiholo\u0161koj sigurnosti i boljoj uskla\u0111enosti izme\u0111u strategije za ljude i poslovnih ciljeva.<br><br><em>Organizacijska otpornost se gradi kroz ljude, a ne uprkos njima.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"10\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kada je stres signal, a ne slabost<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedna od najva\u017enijih promjena koje mo\u017eemo napraviti je sljede\u0107a: stres na radnom mjestu nije znak da je neko slab ili nesposoban. \u010ce\u0161\u0107e je to signal da ne\u0161to u sistemu ne funkcioni\u0161e dobro.<br><br>Kada su ljudi stalno preoptere\u0107eni, nejasni oko prioriteta ili preoptere\u0107eni izvan kapaciteta, problem obi\u010dno nadilazi individualnu otpornost. Obi\u010dno ukazuje na radno optere\u0107enje, strukturu, komunikaciju ili o\u010dekivanja koja je potrebno prilagoditi.<br><br>Organizacije koje ovo rano prepoznaju ne reaguju samo na sagorijevanje nakon \u0161to se dogodi. One se povla\u010de i sagledavaju \u0161iru sliku.
