Ovakav na\u010din vje\u017ebanja podrazumijeva smjenjivanje kratkih, intenzivnih faza vje\u017ebanja s periodima odmora ili lagane aktivnosti. Prednosti su brojne i nau\u010dno potvr\u0111ene, a mi vam donosimo pregled najva\u017enijih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"understanding-high-intensity-interval-training\">\u0160ta je zapravo HIIT?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prije nego \u0161to zaronimo u sve blagodati, va\u017eno je razumjeti \u0161ta HIIT zapravo predstavlja. Ukratko, rije\u010d je o treningu koji se sastoji od ponavljanja kratkih, ali sna\u017enih eksplozivnih pokreta, nakon kojih slijede kratki periodi odmora ili lagane aktivnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-41e55639\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">1.
