Konstantno izlaganje pa\u017eljivo odabranim slikama hrane i tijela mo\u017ee iskriviti percepciju gladi i potaknuti neuredne obrasce prehrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S druge strane, pozitivni dru\u0161tveni uticaji, poput obroka s prijateljima koji imaju zdrav odnos prema hrani, mogu promovisati svjesno jedenje i oslu\u0161kivanje vlastitog tijela. Dijeljenje obroka s voljenima u opu\u0161tenoj atmosferi bez osu\u0111ivanja mo\u017ee osna\u017eiti osje\u0107aj zajedni\u0161tva i u\u010diniti iskustvo jedenja ugodnijim i ispunjenijim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5\">Biolo\u0161ki mehanizmi koji potiskuju apetit u vrijeme gladi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u0161i biolo\u0161ki sistemi tako\u0111er imaju ulogu u potiskivanju apetita.
