Zen2Fit integrates with the Apple Health app, providing you with real-time insights during your workouts. By syncing with your Apple Watch, the app displays your heart rate directly on your mobile screen throughout each session.
This functionality helps you stay within your target heart rate zone and train mindfully, in alignment with your fitness level and defined goals.
To make tracking simple and intuitive, Zen2Fit uses traffic light indicators – green, yellow, and red zones clearly show whether you are in the optimal range or need to adjust your intensity. Staying within your target zone contributes to more efficient calorie burn and improved cardiovascular endurance.
This approach ensures that every workout is structured, controlled, and results-oriented – without guesswork, and with clear guidance at every moment.
