Privacy Policy
Zen2Fit processes your data to support your journey toward improved health while prioritizing the security of your personal information.
As a data controller, Zen2Fit is fully committed to ensuring the security and protection of your privacy. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Since the United States does not have a single, overarching data protection regulation, Zen2Fit follows the highest standards of privacy, including compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and relevant U.S. privacy laws.
This Privacy Policy forms a part of the Zen2Fit Terms of Service. By using Zen2Fit’s services, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services.
By using this site and our services, you confirm that any profile information you provide is accurate and truthful, and that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, or using this site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your personal data when you use our services. These services consist of various software applications (including mobile and web apps, cloud-based services) as well as services we offer via our website and related social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. These platforms gather, store, and process data to provide you with insights and services aimed at supporting a healthier lifestyle. This policy explains the privacy practices for our devices, applications, software, websites, APIs, products, and services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy also applies to our targeted content, such as online offers and advertisements for products and services, which you may encounter on third-party websites, platforms, and applications based on your online activities. These third-party sites may have their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review those policies before using their services.
This Privacy Policy does not cover information collected by third parties and not shared with Zen2Fit, including data collected by our service providers or through social media platforms. The collection and use of your information by such third parties are governed by their respective privacy policies, and Zen2Fit is not responsible or liable for their compliance. This Privacy Policy also does not apply to websites that link to the Zen2Fit site or websites accessible through the Services. While we may link to external websites that we believe offer valuable information, we have not evaluated their security, and you should not assume their privacy policies align with ours. If you choose to access a third-party website through a link we provide, you will be subject to that site’s privacy policy.
Information that are collected
The data below will be collected by Zen2Fit:
Identity data is data which can directly identify you, such as your advertising identifier, age, email address, gender, location, name, profile photo, timezone, and username.
Some information is required to create an account on our Services, such as your name, email address, password, date of birth, gender, height, weight, and in some cases your mobile telephone number. You may also choose to provide other types of information, such as a profile photo, biography, country information, and community username.
Activity data refers to information used to enhance fitness and health management. This includes health data, which is considered a special category of personal information. As you log or perform activities such as reading articles, recording meals, meditations, weigh-ins, and workouts within our Services, we track details like when the activity occurred, its duration, estimated calories burned, and estimated distance, where applicable. You may have the option to share your workout and meal data collected by our Services with Apple Health Kit, but this will only occur if you explicitly choose to opt-in for such data sharing.
Additionally, you have the option to sync data from Apple’s CoreMotion with our Services to track your steps and the timing of those steps. This, too, only happens if you explicitly opt-in to allow the sharing of this data.
To enhance your experience or unlock certain features, you may also choose to provide us with additional information, such as logs for food, weight, sleep, water intake, female health tracking, or set an alarm. You can also post messages on discussion boards or communicate with friends through the Services.
Technical data is necessary to provide use of and maintain reliability of the Services, such as IP address, cellular carrier, device ID, advertising ID, instance ID (of your app), information about your device and operating system, language, app version, technical debug information, and technical logs.
Your device collects data to estimate a variety of metrics like the number of steps you take, your distance traveled, calories burned, weight, heart rate, sleep stages, active minutes, and location. The data collected varies depending on which device you use. When your device syncs with our applications or software, data recorded on your device is transferred from your device to our servers.
The Services include features that use precise geolocation data, including GPS signals, device sensors, Wi-Fi access points, and cell tower IDs. We collect this type of data if you grant us access to your location. You can always remove our access using mobile device settings. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.
Behavior data is data that contains additionally to the technical data information about your usage behavior and your interaction within the software application, such as clicks on buttons/links/advertising, viewed elements, usage time and duration, first start, last activity, and the conclusion of predefined events.
Additional data is other data that can be used. You may also connect with friends on the Services or invite friends who have not yet joined by providing their email addresses, accessing social networking accounts, or using the contact list on your mobile device. We do not store your contact list and delete it after it is used for adding contacts as friends.
If you contact us or participate in a survey, contest, or promotion, we collect the information you submit such as your name, contact information, and message.
Payment and card information is used for processing payments. Certain devices allow payments and transactions with third-party services. If you enable this feature, you will need to provide specific details for identification and verification, such as your name, credit, debit, or other card number, card expiration date, and CVV code. This information is encrypted and sent to your card network, which then returns a token (a set of random digits) to your device, allowing you to complete transactions without revealing your actual card number. For convenience, we store the last four digits of your card number, along with your card issuer’s name and contact details. You can remove this token from your account via your account settings. We do not store your transaction history.
When purchasing Zen2Fit merchandise from our website, you will need to provide payment details such as your name, credit or debit card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. We do not store your payment information. However, we keep your shipping address to complete the order. Be aware that third-party payment processors may retain this information based on their own privacy policies and terms.
Information received from third parties is data collected in interaction with other subjects. If you choose to connect your account on our Services to your account on another service, we may receive information from the other service. For example, if you connect to Facebook or Google, we may receive information like your name, profile picture, age range, language, email address, and friend list. You may also choose to grant us access to your exercise or activity data from another service. You can stop sharing the information from the other service with us by removing our access to that other service.
We may partner with third parties, such as employers and insurance companies that offer Zen2Fit Services to their employees and customers. In such cases, those companies may provide us with your name, email address, or similar information (like a telephone number or subscriber ID) so that we can invite you to participate or determine your eligibility for particular benefits, such as discounts or free services.

In the mobile app, go to the Profile tab -> Settings -> Sync Apple Health.

If we receive any request we will use a two-step process for online requests where the California consumer must first, clearly submit the request and then second, separately confirm the request. We will use other appropriate measures to verify requests received by mail or telephone.
In submitting a request, a California consumer must provide sufficient information to identify the consumer, such as name, e-mail address, home or work address, or other such information that is on record with us so that we can match such information to the Personal information that we maintain. Do not provide social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, account numbers, credit or debit card numbers, medical information or health information with requests. If requests are unclear or submitted through means other than outline above, we will provide the California consumer with specific directions on how to submit the request or remedy any deficiencies. If we cannot verify the identity of the requestor, we may deny the request.
Do Not Track Disclosure
Do Not Track is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. When a user turns on the Do Not Track signal, the browser sends a message to websites requesting them not to track the user. At this time, we do not respond to Do Not Track browser settings or signals. For information about Do Not Track, please email us at support@zen2fit.com.
Complaints
If you have any complaints concerning Zen2Fit processing of your Personal information, please email us at support@zen2fit.com.
Please note that if you are an EU Resident, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a European Union supervisory authority that is responsible for the protection of Personal information in the country where you live or work, or in which you think a breach of data protection laws might have taken place. You can learn more about these rights at https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/reform/rights-citizens_en.
